Oh heyyyy there!

My name is Mallory Mae, but you can just call me Mallory. I’ve been photographing families and seniors since 2011, and weddings since 2013. I went to college for photography in 2014 and officially started my LLC in 2019 when I went full time!

I love making people feel good getting their photo taken, because if I’m being honest - it can feel a little awkward or intimidating with a lens pointed at you (I know the feeling, so I’m talking from experience) I promise to pose you to not only feel comfortable, but to look good too. I talk through everything and I personally do little happy dances whenever I get a shot I KNOW you will love. (So, I dance A LOT)

I’m local to Michigan but I’ve also photographed in Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina, California, Utah, Arizona, Hawaii (twice!), and Pennsylvania. I love to travel, especially for weddings!

Weddings are a different dynamic; most moments that happen on a wedding day can never be recreated again. I help plan your perfect day and coordinate with you a timeline and shot list to ensure we get all of the ideal photos you’re hoping for. And with 10 years of experience, I know the photos you’ll fall in love with and not even know you wanted.

A big part of my why stems from a quote I read back in high school, “photographs are a return ticket to moments otherwise gone”
